The venue is spotlessly clean, with stunning location just next door to central Blackpool, Winter Gardens, and Tower and attractions. The staff are very very helpful and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The ambiance is family. The breakfast options are savoury with toast.

Really good breakfast and warm hospitality
The breakfast was not just filling but really good, with a wide range of choices and freshly cooked items that set a great tone for the day. The atmosphere felt inviting, and the owners showcased fantastic hospitality. The only downside was the cramped bathroom space, which could use some improvement.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this b&b, so good. The choice of breakfast items, including fresh pastries and a full english, was superb. The friendly atmosphere with the owners' adorable dogs.

Perfect for families and friends
The breakfast was better than I had expected, fresh and cooked to perfection, they really take pride in what they do.
It wasn't inexpensive, but I'd say acceptable for the experience we got.

Manor grove bed & breakfast is great location right at the back of winter gardens. The family room was spacious, and my kids loved the bunk beds! What stood out for me was the friendly service from the staff, especially nathan. We felt so welcome and safe .
